Fourteen of us. Five project managers with named territories, a supplements specialist, a permit technician, and a warranty coordinator whose whole job is year three.
Two things worth saying plainly. Install crews are subcontracted — here and at almost every roofing company at this size — and we do not name them, because naming them would misrepresent how the trade works. And we claim no certifications for anybody on this roster: nothing has been verified, so nothing is claimed.
Four photographs rather than fourteen. The people who run the company are shown; everybody else is a name, a role, a hometown and the towns they cover, which is what you need in order to know who is turning up.
The initials beside a role indicate the category of certification that role covers. We do not display certification marks and we claim no designation for anybody here: a certification mark belongs to the body that issues it, and a category is not the same thing as a certificate. Ask us which certifications a specific person holds and we will send you the documents.

Grant Lockridge

Grant framed houses in Cherokee County for nine years before he ever sold a roof, and he says that is why he can tell you what is under yours. He started the company in 2009 — the worst year anybody in construction can remember — with a truck, two guys and a bet that a roofer in a hail market lives or dies on whether he is still around when the warranty gets called. He grew up in Ball Ground, still lives about four miles from where he did, and coaches a travel baseball team that has cost him more Saturdays than the business has. He personally reviews every job over forty thousand dollars, which annoys everyone and has caught enough problems that nobody has managed to talk him out of it.
Melissa Lockridge

Melissa came in during the second year, when the company had eleven customers and no accounting system, and built everything behind the sales side — contracts, collections, insurance, HR, and the warranty file that Curt now runs. She spent twelve years in commercial insurance before this, which turns out to be the single most useful background anybody in this building has: she can read a policy declaration page faster than most adjusters and she knows exactly where the line is between documenting a claim and working one. Canton native, two kids at Creekview. She is the person who decided this company would never make the offer every storm crew makes about the homeowner's share, and she wrote that refusal into the scope statement years before there was a website to put it on.

Ty Brennan

Ty spent nine years at a national restoration company running crews across three states, and left because he was tired of being the guy who could not promise a homeowner he would still be reachable in April. He runs the production calendar, the project-management team and the subcontractor relationships, and he is the reason a Lockridge job has a written schedule rather than a rough idea. He is also the person who decides when we walk away from a job, which happens more often than the sales side would like. Marietta, two dogs, and an unreasonable amount of time on a mountain bike.
Hector Salinas

Hector has run production here since 2014 and has been on more roofs in Cherokee County than most people have driven past. He does the pre-build walk on every replacement, decides what decking gets replaced and at what rate, and he is the last person on the property before the magnet sweep. He started as a laborer at nineteen and has been in the trade twenty-two years, which means he has installed most of what is currently on the roofs around here and knows which of it aged well. He speaks the crews' language, literally and otherwise, and the single most useful thing he does all week is the conversation nobody sees — the one at seven in the morning where he tells a crew what this particular homeowner cares about.

Dee has been doing insurance restoration for sixteen years, eleven of them here, and she is who Ty sends when a claim has gone sideways. She has sat through several hundred adjuster meetings and can tell you within a minute of getting on a roof whether an adjuster is likely to mark it — and, more usefully, why. She does not carry a patch; she works the whole map, which is why she is the one who ends up on the difficult ones in every county we cover. She grew up in Jasper, raised two boys mostly alone while doing this job, and is reliably the calmest person in any room where somebody is upset about a roof.

Cole came out of residential framing and has been here since 2018. He is the project manager most likely to be found on a roof with a homeowner's teenager, explaining what a test square is and why the chalk lines matter — which is not in his job description and is roughly the whole reason his referral rate is what it is. He carries Canton and Ball Ground, which is to say the middle of the county and the top of it, and he lives at the top of it. Married, three kids, and a smoker he takes far too seriously.

Sam moved to Woodstock from Accra by way of Charlotte, spent six years in exteriors sales, and joined in 2020. He is meticulous about documentation — his photo reports are the ones Melissa uses to train new project managers, because they are the ones where you can reconstruct the whole roof from the file a year later. He will not let a job start with an open item on the scope, which occasionally costs a day and has never once cost a change order. Two daughters, and a long-running feud with the gutter guards on his own house.

Erica ran a two-truck gutter and siding company for four years before selling it and coming here in 2019, which makes her the project manager who knows the most about the exterior trades and has the least patience for a bad soffit detail. Holly Springs is her patch and it suits her, because it is the town where the honest answer is most often a repair and she is temperamentally incapable of selling somebody a roof they do not need. One kid, and a genuinely competitive vegetable garden.

Jason has been in roofing for twenty-one years, the last seven here, and he covers the part of the territory where the driveways are long and the roofs are complicated. He gets sent to the metal jobs and the twelve-twelve pitches, and to Pickens County, where the damage is more often a limb through the decking than a field of bruised shingles and the inspection goes into the attic before it goes onto the roof. Waleska, hunts, and has never once been late to a seven o'clock start.

Andy spent eleven years selling for a large Atlanta roofer and left when it got bought, which is a story he will tell you if you ask and is roughly this company's entire thesis in one anecdote. He has been here since 2021 and runs the western edge — Acworth, Kennesaw and out to Cartersville, which means he works across three counties and three sets of permit requirements in a normal week. He is the one who noticed that a county shingle exemption does not carry inside a city limit, and he has saved several jobs a week of delay because of it. Acworth, two grandkids, restores a truck very slowly.

Renee Chalmers

Renee's entire job is the gap between what a carrier's first scope covers and what the building code and the manufacturer's installation instructions actually require — ice-and-water membrane where code calls for it, drip edge, ridge ventilation, decking at the real replacement rate rather than a nominal allowance. She documents those items with the reference attached and submits them to the carrier, for the carrier to determine. She does not negotiate, and she will tell you so herself before you have finished asking, because negotiating on a homeowner's behalf is public adjusting, and public adjusting is licensed work in Georgia. Fourteen years in restoration, six of them here, and the most detail-oriented person in the building by a wide margin.
Bobby Tran

Bobby pulls every permit this company files, and he knows the difference between how Cherokee, Pickens, Bartow, Forsyth and Cobb want a residential re-roof submitted — which sounds trivial right up until a job sits for six days because a submission went in the shape the next county over wants. He is also the one who emails a county and gets an answer in writing when the published lists do not have one, which in Cherokee County is every single re-roof. He schedules the finals as well. Four years here, previously in county code enforcement, which is exactly the right résumé. Canton, and a recreational soccer league he describes as aggressively casual.

Lena Ford

Lena runs scheduling, answers the phone most of the time, and is the reason your inspection window is a window rather than a guess. She is the one who calls you back to confirm it, which is a real job here rather than a courtesy — nothing you fill in books an appointment, and the reason nothing you fill in books an appointment is that Lena would rather call you and get it right than let a form promise you a slot nobody has checked. Nine years here, which makes her the longest-tenured person not named Lockridge. Canton, a grown daughter, and a well-documented opinion about the coffee.

Curt's job is the phone call you make three years after we leave, and it exists as a full-time position on purpose — it is the single clearest way this company demonstrates the difference between itself and a crew that was in town for a season. He pulls the file, finds the photographs, works out whether what you are describing is our work or a later storm, and schedules the service call. Seventeen years in the trade, five of them here. Holly Springs, and a man who has never once said "that is outside your warranty" without also saying what it would cost to put right.

Each manager runs the towns they live near. Where nobody is assigned, the work is run out of the Canton office, and we say so rather than pretend the patch has somebody on it.
