Nothing on this site is a quote or a contract

Scopes, systems, warranty terms and financing structures are described here so you know what you are being sold before anybody is standing in your kitchen. None of it is an offer, none of it is priced for your house, and no contract is formed through this website. A price for your roof comes after somebody has been on it.

Nothing here is advice about your insurance

The claims page describes how a roof insurance claim generally proceeds. It is not advice about your policy, your deadlines, your rights, or whether you should file — those depend on a contract we have not read, and reading it for you would be a different profession. Talk to your agent.

Nothing on this site should be read as an offer to negotiate, adjust or handle an insurance claim on anyone’s behalf. That is a licensed activity in Georgia and we do not perform it. What we do is documented on the claims page, in full, and it does not change.

Financing figures

Every monthly payment shown is a representative example computed from the amount financed, the rate and the term printed beside it. It is not an offer of credit and it is not a rate anyone has been quoted. Financing is arranged through a third-party lender and is subject to credit approval; the lender, your rate and the full terms are on the credit agreement.

Warranty

The ten-year workmanship warranty described here is summarized. Its coverage, exclusions, term and transfer conditions are part of the signed agreement, and that document governs. The manufacturer’s material warranty is separate, on terms set by the manufacturer, and we do not extend or vary it.

Photographs

The project photographs on this site illustrate the KIND of work described beside them. They are not presented as a record of a particular job at a particular address, and no caption on this site claims otherwise.

Accuracy

The geographic, housing and storm figures on this site were compiled from public sources and are believed accurate at the date of writing. Where a figure is thin or carries a wide margin of error we say so beside it rather than rounding it into something that sounds firmer. Check anything that matters against the source.
