Canton, Georgia · Since 2009
When the hail comes through, we're already here.

What we do — and what we don't
The second column is the one most roofers will not put in writing. Read it anyway.
What we do
- Inspects your roof at no charge and tells you plainly whether we see storm damage
- Documents what we find with dated photographs and a written scope of work
- Meets your insurance adjuster at your home and walks the roof at the same time they do
- Gives you and your carrier the identical scope, line items and photo report — you always have every document we have
- Submits supplement documentation to your carrier when the approved scope misses code-required items, for the carrier to determine
- Pulls the permit, builds the roof, and stands behind the workmanship for ten years
What we do not do
- Negotiate or adjust your claim on your behalf — that is public adjusting, and it is a licensed activity in Georgia
- Act as your public adjuster, your attorney, or your representative with your insurance company
- Waive, absorb, discount, rebate, credit, or otherwise reduce your deductible in any form
- Guarantee that your claim will be approved, or predict what your carrier will pay
- Advise you on whether to file a claim — that decision is yours, with your agent
- Give legal advice about your policy, your deadlines, or your rights under it
Storm damage
Three things we are looking for up there
Hail, wind and what got in afterwards. Each of these is a different kind of evidence and a different conversation with an adjuster, and none of them is visible from the ground.
Services
What we build
Eleven services, in three groups. The four at the top are the ones that pay for the building; the rest are the work that comes with them.

The work
What each of these systems looks like done properly, and what to look at in the photographs. The detail is what tells you whether a roofer knows the trade.

Your project manager lives here too
Named patches, not a call center. One town on this list has no named manager and it says so, because the alternative is a claim we cannot keep.

- Covered from the Canton office
Dee Whitlow, Senior Project Manager, works the whole map rather than a patch — she is the one who gets sent when a claim has gone sideways in any of the five counties.
Each manager runs the towns they live near. Where nobody is assigned, the work is run out of the Canton office, and we say so rather than pretend the patch has somebody on it.

Warranty
The exclusions are on the same page as the coverage.
Every roofer in this market offers a workmanship warranty and almost none of them will show you what it excludes before you sign. Here is ours, both columns, in full.
Covered
- Leaks caused by how we installed the roof — fastening, flashing, valley and penetration detail, underlayment, ridge and eave detail
- The interior damage that our leak caused: if water gets in because of our work, we come back and fix the roof and we fix what it ruined underneath
- Re-detailing anything we installed that has failed because of the way we installed it, for the full term
Not covered
- The shingles themselves — those carry the manufacturer's own written warranty, which is a separate document with separate terms
- Damage from a later storm, hail, or wind event
- Impact damage, including a tree or a limb
Transferable once, to the buyer, if you sell the home — at no charge, and with no form to buy.

Three ways to pay for it, and the one that catches people out
All three come from a third-party lender and are subject to credit approval. One of them is not the offer most people think it is, and the difference at month thirteen runs to thousands of dollars.
